When purchasing Alastin Skincare online through alastin.com, you are asked to select your Alastin authorized physician’s office. By selecting your physician, you authorize Alastin to share your product purchasing information with that selected physician in order to maintain the important physician-patient relationship.
We may log this information for system administration, order verification, internal marketing and system troubleshooting purposes.

MOBILE MARKETING MESSAGES
ALASTIN Skincare® offers its customers mobile alerts regarding marketing messages by SMS message (the "Service") on 70631. By participating in the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms and to the privacy policy.
Signing Up and Opting-In to the Service
Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and to agree to these terms and conditions. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years old. Before the Service starts, you will need to agree to these Terms. ALASTIN Skincare® reserves the right to stop offering the Service at any time with or without notice.
By opting into the Service, you:

Authorize ALASTIN Skincare® to use auto dialer or non-auto dialed technology to send recurring text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in (i.e., the number listed on the opt-in form or, if none, the number from which you send the opt-in, or, if none, the number on file for the account associated with your opt-in).

Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase.

Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt in.

Message and data rates may apply. Supported carriers are AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, nTelos, MetroPCS, and other smaller regional carriers. The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. ALASTIN Skincare® may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice. ALASTIN Skincare® and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages.
To Stop the Service
To stop receiving text messages from ALASTIN Skincare®, text the word STOP to 70631 any time or reply STOP to any of the text messages you have received from ALASTIN Skincare®. For Services operated through a different number, text STOP to that number to opt out. Your opt-out request may generate either a confirmation text or a texted request to clarify the text message program to which it applies (if you have more than one). To complete your opt-out, please provide the requested clarification. You acknowledge that the text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command and agree that ALASTIN Skincare® and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from ALASTIN Skincare® through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. These Terms still will apply if you withdraw the consent mentioned above or opt out of the Service.

These Mobile Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13) you should not register, order, purchase or provide information to or from Alastin Skincare. If you have knowledge that a child under the age of thirteen (13) has submitted Personal Information to us, please email us and we will remove that child's personal information from our files.
CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR DISABLE YOUR ACCOUNT
You can access, correct, or update your Personal Information to prevent any future purchases through that account by logging into your account here or by contacting us through our contact information linked below. Do not email us your credit card information. To cancel your online account, please contact us by using the contact form or information provided here.
SECURITY
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We will not store your complete credit card information on our servers, but will only use an incomplete identifier (e.g., last four digits of your credit card number) to identify your Account. Any complete credit card information you choose to store in connection with your Account will be stored by our third party payment processing service providers such as Metrics Global.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
