Thank you for trusting us with your skin care, bodywork and wellness needs. We know that you have many choices and we are happy to have you as a client.
We see clients for services Tuesdays through Saturdays, by appointment, starting at 9 a.m..
Our Gift Boutique, however, opens at NOON during the week and at 9 a.m. on Saturdays.
If you call during the week before noon, you may need to leave a voice mail message which we will return as soon as we have completed our service appointments for the morning. Please be patient as we are a small boutique.
The voice mail will instruct you to dial extension 203; the phone will ring 4 more times before you can leave the message; you will be asked to state your name, and then . We appreciate your cooperation.
We have reserved parking spaces. Our day spa is located in a busy shopping center, so please allow additional time to secure parking in the event that our spaces are full. There is supplemental rooftop parking.
Also, for your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your background questionnaire and to enjoy our complimentary herbal teas and to tour the facility.
We need everyone's help to keep the day's schedule running smoothly!
We do not "double book" our clients, so please keep that in mind when keeping your appointment.

Cancellation & Late Policies
We are a boutique spa and we do not double-book guests, so please keep that in mind when both scheduling your appointments and showing up on time.
As a courtesy, please call us before 5 p.m. the day prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule.
We understand that conflicts arise. Please provide us with as much notice as possible when you need to reschedule or when you're running late. If you are late, your service will still end on time so that our next guest is not inconvenienced by your delay. If, however, you are holding a special, promotional certificate, you must reschedule with at least 24-hours' notice, as stated on the certificate, or your certificate will no longer be valid.
Our staff may attempt to make courtesy confirmation calls in advance as time permits. Please use that opportunity to reschedule if need be, however, it is, of course, your responsibility to keep track of your appointments.
Cancellation & "No Show" Policies
An appointment "no show" is when a client does not show up to an appointment and does not call to cancel in advance. If the "no show" is for a pre-paid service that is part of a series or package, then that missed service will be deducted from your series.
An appointment "no show" or same-day cancellation will also result in forfeiture of a gift certificate in the amount of the scheduled service or consultation fee.
Please call us well in advance if you have trouble keeping your appointment and we will reschedule you. Chronic cancellations may also result in a penalty similar to a "no show".
