Pre-payment of services is required for a SpaFinder appointment. A SpaFinder gift card or certificate must be used in its entirely in one visit. There is no cash-back for any unused portion. Gratuities cannot be paid for with SpaFinder cards.
This pre-payment to reserve your appointment is non-refundable if you do not show up to your appointment or if you cancel with less than then required notice as described below.
There are NO REFUNDS for the above fees and a 24-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling will apply when the time of one of our therapists is reserved and a 48-hour cancellation period for rescheduling applies when 2 or more of our therapists are scheduled on your behalf.
If you do cancel with the proper notice and yet decide not to reschedule any services, you may ONLY use the amount paid in our gift boutique. There are NO REFUNDS since SpaFinder takes a commission and, once processed, we cannot void the transaction and get that fee returned to us.
By providing your SpaFinder card information and completing this entry, you are authorizing My Derma Clinic to process your SpaFinder card(s) and/or certificate(s) for PRE-PAYMENT of the services for your next appointment and you are agreeing to this policy.
