How does it help the body to Detox?
The machine does not make the body detoxify, it bio-energetically stimulates the body to enable self detoxification and rebalancing of the body as shown in our scientific research carried out by Doctors in controlled environments.
Why do we have to add salt to the water?
A pre-made saline solution (consisting of household or sea salt and water) is adding to the water in the foot spa to aid conductivity. The electrolysis process requires that an ionized solution be used to complete an electric circuit between two electrodes. The salt creates a frequency, which allows the array to work.
How does the array work?
The Aqua Detox system generates a continuous current, which is delivered through two coiled electrodes built into a housing called an “array”. The spiral form is used in order to maximize the surface area of the conductive surfaces. The passage of the electric current across the water produces ionization. Positively charged ions in the conductive electrolytic solution will move toward the cathode and the negatively charged ions towards the anode. This migration of ions through the electronic solution (i.e the water in the foot spa) constitutes the electric current within the foot spa/bath. This migration of electrons to the anode, then back to the cathode via the wiring and the generator, constitutes the current in the remainder of the circuit, external to the foot spa. This flow of electrons is from the negative pole, the cathode, towards the positive pole, the anode.
Why Does the Water Change Color?
When toxins leave our bodies they are clear, i.e. perspiration. The toxins from our bodies react with the ionized water causing color change. Similarly, toxins already contained in the water react to cause some color change also. If the machine is run without a saline solution and without feet in the water then no color change will occur. If it is run with a saline solution in the water but no feet, a lemon/orange color usually occurs. This color will vary slightly depending on the water quality and chemical content in your area.
Why does the color change the more I use it?
The color should get lighter the more you Detox, as fewer toxins in the water should result in less color change.
Can I use the system every day?
It is recommended that healthy people should use the system around twice a week, although the maximum usage should not exceed once every two days. For those suffering from illnesses, the frequency should be reduced. This is because for those who are unwell, their bodies go into 'healing' mode after treatment, during which they may feel tired and lethargic. This is usually followed by a feeling of increased energy and well-being. In this case, some time is required for the body to fully recover and a following treatment should not be given for a few days, or until they feel fully recovered.
Is it safe to treat a person for 10 minutes?
In an adult body, the cycle of blood takes approximately 20 minutes for one complete cycle. Therefore, to stay on the machine for less than 20 minutes would not be harmful in any way, but would not be beneficial either. Adults should have the full 30 minutes.
Have you proof of what it cures?
The machine does not cure anything. It is simply a machine, which enables your body to re-balance its bio-energetic fields, which stimulates self-detoxification. When the electro-magnetic fields are balanced, the body's organs will naturally function better.
Can I get electrocuted from the array in the water?
The array in the water only carries 2.5 amps, so is safe for everybody. If however you are using the array in a full size bath please make sure the Aqua-Detox control box is placed a safe distance away from the bath water.
Should I use the machine if I am taking medication?
Our manufacturer's research so far has found no evidence that any type of medication is affected by the use of Aqua-Detox system. However if you are concerned, you should consult your physician. If you have a pacemaker, have had an organ transplant, are pregnant or suffer from psychotic episodes or epileptic seizures; you should not use the machine.
What does the color of the water represent?
The color in the water cannot actually be read. Like a mixture of many paint colors, combined the colors are difficult to individually source. Even if you did know, or guessed, you are not allowed to diagnose. If you wish to have the water tested in a medical environment, you can do this; but at your own cost.
What if I have Athletes Foot or Verrucaes?
The Aqua Detox foot spa is cleaned thoroughly after each use. The foot spa liners protect the foot spa and insures there is no cross contamination. However the foot spa will be cleaned out after each individual Detox. The array is also disinfected in cleaning fluid for the same reason.
